CHICKEN PIE FILLING

.mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.... simplest & delish chicken pie ever... very ez for someone lazy like me... hehehe... siap dah pun.. keep in the fridge.. i can use it anytime i want with as usual - ready made puff pastry... wat more important is my fam like it very much!!!!


RECIPE FOR THE FILLING

SAUTE
2 TBLSP BUTTER

ADD 2 LARGE ONION (DICED)
          MINCE CHICKEN (RAMLY - 1 PACKET)

ADD MIX VEGETABLE (QUANTITY IS UP TO U)

ADD 1 CAN MUSHROOM CREAM (CAMPBELL) + 1 CUP OF WATER
* ADD WATER IF NECESSARY.

ADD 2 TBLP FLOUR + 1/2 CUP WATER TO THICKEN

SEASON WITH SALT & WHITE PEPPER (NOT TOO MUCH SALT COZ THE CREAM HAS A SALTY TASTE).
